Customer service is an integral part of any successful company, and at Kamps we repeatedly stress the importance of customer service to our employees. It’s our aim to answer the phone quickly, to be enthusiastic about meeting our customers’ needs, and to make sure our pallet shipping process is streamlined and error free.

Customers who receive poor service will not remain customers for long. An undelivered pallet shipment costs them money and time. An unanswered phone or an interaction with an unmotivated employee will inspire companies to shop around for a better deal. Kamps understands this, and we implement training and management techniques to keep our service ethic strong.

Kamps has over 40 years of experience meeting and exceeding expectations, all based on Bernie Kamps focus on continuous self-improvement. When he started his business, he had just one truck, a lot of energy, and a desire to succeed. With expansion and improvements in technology, the business is more complex now, and Kamps handles thousands of pallets weekly. But the goal remains the same: helping customers transport materials to wherever they need to be – quickly and professionally. Every month we look at our goals and benchmarks to make sure we are making progress helping our clients ship their goods out to all parts of the country and the world.
