As business professionals yourselves, you don’t need us to point out that the economy is booming right now. Unemployment in many areas is the lowest it has been in over a decade! And while this is wonderful news for job seekers, it adds challenges for companies seeking to attract top talent. But the Kamps team has stepped up to the challenge.

As we continue to grow, we are utilizing more resources such as nationwide job boards, networking sites such as LinkedIn, and employee referrals. Our multi-layered hiring process includes resume screening, behavioral interviews with HR, hiring manager interviews that include facility tours, and online employee testing. From start to finish, our process is focused on hiring for culture and training for skill.

We are always looking for the best and brightest individuals to join the team, but we are careful to never discount the utmost importance of hiring people who fit with our company culture. After all, the success of individuals and the company as a whole depends on great people who are striving for a shared vision!
