With a mild winter we eagerly anticipated an earlier spring to help rev up our colored mulch operations. As you know, it’s taking a bit longer to warm up, but we have been able to color and ship a good amount of product to our customers already in late March and early April.
The benefits of mulching your landscape beds are that it provides not only a nice aesthetic appeal, but it retains moisture for the plants and trees as well. Mulch also acts as a weed controller by suppressing weed growth in the landscape beds.
