Grand Rapids, MI, Oct. 8, 2024 — Kamps, Inc. (“Kamps”), a leading national pallet company, is pleased to announce the appointment of Tim Eppinga as Executive Vice President of Sales. Mr. Eppinga’s primary role will be to oversee the growth of Kamps’ vast national business units. This includes leveraging Kamps’ unique comprehensive capabilities to create a one-of-a-kind customer experience and leading customer-inspired product and service innovation.
Mr. Eppinga’s packaging industry knowledge and experience complement Kamps’ mission to drive strategic growth through innovative, customer-focused, products and services. Prior to joining Kamps, he served as Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Technology with Plastipak Packaging, a global leader in the rigid plastic packaging and recycling industries. He has had over 30 years of successful experience helping grow their sales by leading a global sales team, marketing group, graphic designers, technical package developers and category managers while partnering with some of the Worlds largest Consumer Brand Companies to create new sustainable packaging solutions. He holds a BS degree as a Packaging Engineer from Michigan State University.
Over my years while at Plastipak Packaging, I learned the importance of earning our customers’ trust every day, building strategic relationships and helping Brand Owners grow their business. I am honored to now be part of the Kamps Team to build on their customer relationships. I look forward to helping the sales team to find areas we can further partner with our customers to assist with their supply chain challenges to grow both our businesses. The Kamps Team has built a great reputation, and I welcome the opportunity to expand our Market Leadership position.
