Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Plant Manager to lead our dynamic team and oversee the daily operations of our facility. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a proven track record in plant management, possessing a strong blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and strategic thinking. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of plant operations, with a primary focus on safety, customer service, profitability, efficiency, and team engagement. The Plant Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and productivity of the plant while promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Direct and manage all plant operations, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining high-quality standards

· Implement and enforce standardized operating procedures to enhance efficiency and consistency

· Champion a safety-first culture by implementing and enforcing safety protocols

· Investigate and address any safety incidents promptly, implementing preventive measures

· Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance productivity

· Implement and maintain stringent quality control measures to ensure products meet or exceed industry and customer standards

· Continuously identify opportunities for improvement in product quality and consistency

· Manage resources including manpower, equipment, and materials, to meet production demands

· Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes and reduce operational costs

· Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth

· Work with sales team to understand customer needs and expectations

· Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure efficiency, customer satisfaction, and on-time delivery

· Lead and inspire a diverse team of production staff, supervisors, and support personnel

· Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, conducting regular team meetings to discuss goals, address concerns, and encourage feedback

Qualifications/Skills:

· Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) preferred

· Proven experience in plant management within a manufacturing environment

· In-depth knowledge of safety regulations, manufacturing processes, and quality standards

· Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

· Problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a focus on continuous improvement

· Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
