Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, possesses excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Prospect and qualify new leads through various channels
· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with prospective clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
· Conduct meetings and presentations to showcase the benefits of Kamps
· Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics
· Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements with clients to close deals and achieve sales goals
· Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management on a regular basis
· Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
· Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to expand your network and promote our products/services
· Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that support sales efforts
· Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and product knowledge through ongoing training and professional development

Qualifications/Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
· Previous experience in the pallet or forest products industry preferred
· Proven experience in sales
· Must be able to travel
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
· Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
· Self-motivated with a passion for exceeding targets and driving results
· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
· Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
