Sales Representative – National Sales – Tennessee

Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven National Sales Representative to join our team. As a National Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, possesses excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Prospect and qualify new leads through various channels

· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with prospective clients and suppliers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions

· Conduct meetings and presentations to showcase the benefits of Kamps

· Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics

· Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements with clients to close deals and achieve sales goals

· Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management on a regular basis

· Manage territory and customer base to deliver growth and profitability

· Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth

· Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to expand your network and promote our products/services

· Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that support sales efforts

· Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and product knowledge through ongoing training and professional development

· Network with suppliers matching their capabilities with customer-specific needs

· Understand logistics and freight

Qualifications/Skills:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred)

· Previous experience in the pallet or forest products industry (preferred)

· 5+ years of proven experience in sales or track record of success in related fields

· Must be able to travel and cold call regularly

· Excellent organization, planning, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

· Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients

· Self-motivated with a sense of urgency for exceeding targets and driving results

· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

· Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
